Please allow up to 14 days for the cup to be made. This can change at busier times and this may be longer. You may request the cup to be made off a live. Please pop a note if this is the case.

All items are non-refundable due to the fact they are made to order.

Please allow up to 5 days for sealing and packing of cups. In busier periods this may be extended by 2 days. Once dispatched please allow 2-4 days for your parcel to turn up. I cannot control the couriers if there are delays.

Please make me aware of any issues with cups within 24hs of receiving your parcel.

Due to the nature of how these cups are made please note that even though I strive to make sure there are no imperfections these can happen.

If you are requesting a wrapper or zipper kit please note that these are pre-ordered and I will have to wait for your chosen wrap/kit to turn up before being able to make.

Please make me aware if a requested cup if for a special occasion or if you are working on a time scale. Depending on the time scale may mean that I make your cup off a live so you receive in time.
